From what I've heard, this man's name is Gerardo Rosi Aka. Gerry Rosi. He's been going around Europe playing his guitar, visiting Finland every now and then for like 25 years, sleeping in vans and even playing at winter time in 26 degree below freezing weather. He's originally Italian, but i dont know how often he visits his home country. Now he's been here all summer, or at least as far back as I can remember.
You can count on him playing on that same spot on every weekend for hours, usually staying till around 3am I think. Sometimes he even does weeknights like this Wednesday. He knows a ton of songs and takes requests and I've heard him play everything from Metallica to obscure country songs no one ever heard about.
I've been hearing comments about that drunk guy who looks like he's about to give the guy what seems to be a 50 euro bill, but then just puts it back in his pocket. Just goes to show, don't act like an asshole even when you're drunk, someone might shoot you.
Sound coming through Mark2's own on-board microphone. I didn't really expect it could sound even this good, but somehow it does. I shot this using my 1970's Pentax Takumar 50mm f1.4 lens, which works remarkably well in low lighting. I was hiding in the shadows and I doubt many people besides the performer himself knew I was filming.
