This is a great song by the country supergroup Highwaymen named Highwayman, sang by Gerry Rosi. I dare to say I like his cover slightly more than the original, which featured the voices of couple of nobodies, names like Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofferson... Somehow this song just sounds better with just one man with a guitar.
