I hate sports. Who wins, who looses this year - couldn’t give a shit. However I do find major class sports events intriguing, only because of the sheer labor and hardware involved seemingly for so little.
Imagine a huge field full of trucks, cars, cars inside trucks and then imagine them all surrounded with people, lots and lots of people. People who shouldn’t even be there. People who are basically tourists, eating heated food from disposable plates not five steps away from a pit crew actually mending a car while these people watch and stuff their faces. A strip of plastic tape separates the professionals at work from the folks who paid 5.99 to get in on a Sunday. I find the whole thing absurd and can't even fathom the mind that came up with such an idea to milk even more money off this depraved modern-day circus, that is bigger than when Bono goes out to tour. This is Rally Park.
